Comotomo silicone replacement nipples feature a wide-mound with built-in air-vents to help even the fussiest babies take a bottle. The naturally shaped design mimics breastfeeding to help make the breast to bottle (and back) transition seamless by mitigating ‘nipple confusion’ issues. The built-in dual anti-colic vents help to reduce colic and ensure consistent milk flow every feeding.

  • Designed to mimic breastfeeding to reduce bottle rejection and nipple confusion.
  • Built-in dual anti-colic vents provide consistent milk flow without the unwanted air-intake to prevent colic.
  • Made with high quality, food contact grade silicone for safe feeding, free from chemicals such as BPA, PVC, and Phthalates.
  • Truly wide-neck design makes it easy to clean the bottles by hand without a brush.
  • Safe to clean in dishwashers (top rack), as well as microwave, steam, and electric sterilizers.

Q. How often should I replace these?
A. They should be changed around every six months, also dependent on the use and care of the nipples.

Q. Can Y-Variable Flow be used on 5 oz bottles?
A. Yes, the Y-Cut Variable Flow nipple can be used on the 5oz bottles. All of our nipples are interchangeable depending on the needs of your baby.

    3 Holes - 5 Stars

We used the como tomo bottles for our first child and now for our twins and they work great. They have graduated to the 3 hole nipples and it's been great to keep the same hardware and just switch out the tops.

    To each their own

My husband and I were trying different bottles and just couldn’t find the one that would help our new born take the bottle . This was a gift from our boss ( a set of 5 oz ) and we haven’t gone back, bought two more 8oz bottles and it’s been smooth sailing . So easy to clean and now our 4 month old is attempting to hold his own bottle ; to which we bought the handles to side that. I love como tomo . Can’t wait to see what other products they come up with over time. Maybe new colors and a thermal travel case ; i dont know but I have ideas 💡🥰

Perfect Flow for my 3 Month Old!

The first flow started to become frustrating for my baby so i increased the flow to the medium flow & he’s doing great with it! ❤️
